The service

BugFlat provides Error tracking at one flat price. A million identical errors become one issue via deterministic fingerprinting — $19/mo, unlimited events, no usage meter.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the cadence shown on the pricing page. Cancel anytime by emailing don+bugflat@lifeofmorr.com; you keep access until the end of the billing period. Failed payments may pause the service after notice.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, probe other customers' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or availability of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't promise uninterrupted operation and we don't make outcome guarantees (no "never get fined", no "never get hacked", no "fully compliant" claims — those words don't appear in our marketing for a reason).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
